Who we are
SourcePick (像素夹) is operated by LATTICE VISUAL LTD, company number 17130262, registered at Office 18249, 182–184 High Street North, London, England, E6 2JA. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact contact@latticevisual.com for privacy requests.
Accounts and Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider Supabase process your Google account identifier, verified email and basic profile information, which can include your name and profile picture. SourcePick uses the verified identity to create or access your account, maintain sessions, associate credits and prevent duplicate trial grants. Email verification uses your email address. Phone numbers are processed only if you choose phone verification when it becomes available. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts. We do not use Google account data for advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Webpage content and image generation
Scanning and selecting webpage images happens in your browser. Image downloads contact the source website. Local background removal runs on your device. When you request cloud generation, we send the selected image region and your instructions to our backend and OpenAI for safety checks and image generation. The capture can contain anything visible inside the selected region: review it before submitting. We do not upload the entire page for this operation.
Credits, security and service data
We maintain account identifiers, credit balances and changes, generation status, trial eligibility, terms acceptance and login preferences. Our servers and infrastructure providers receive connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata. Protected network/device identifiers and request limits are used to prevent account farming, automated abuse and repeated free trials. If enabled, approximate country information chooses the default sign-in options; it does not determine nationality or billing country.
Optional analytics and this website
Optional product analytics in the extension is controlled in Privacy settings. It can include permitted feature events, counts, language, an installation identifier and an account identifier when signed in. It does not include webpage URLs, selected images or prompt text. Accepting the terms does not turn this option on. This information website contains no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies; its hosting provider still processes requests needed to serve and protect it.
Why we process information
We process account, session and requested image data to provide the service you request; security and abuse-prevention data for our legitimate interest in protecting the service and other users; optional analytics on the basis of your choice and consent where required; and records needed to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and international processing
We use Supabase for authentication, Resend for verification email, Railway for backend hosting, OpenAI for cloud image processing, Cloudflare for website delivery and related infrastructure, and PostHog when optional analytics is enabled. Google participates when you select Google sign-in. If phone verification is enabled, Alibaba Cloud processes phone numbers and verification delivery. If payments are introduced, Stripe processes payment information; details will be shown before purchase. Providers may process data outside your country. Contact us for the processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your data.
Storage and retention
Your browser asset library remains on that device until you remove files, clear extension/browser data or uninstall. It is not a cloud backup. Our recovery store clears generated image content approximately 24 hours after the generation job was created; provider retention and backups are separate. Source images and instructions are processed for generation rather than saved as a permanent source-image library. Account and credit records are kept while needed to operate the account. Trial eligibility, generation status and security records may be retained after a session expires to prevent repeat abuse, resolve disputes and maintain an accurate credit ledger. We review these records on account-deletion requests and retain only what remains necessary for those purposes or legal obligations. Provider-managed logs and backups follow the relevant service retention settings and agreements.
Your choices and rights
You can disable optional analytics in the extension and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by emailing contact@latticevisual.com. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify account ownership. Disconnecting SourcePick in your Google Account stops future Google authorization; it does not itself delete your SourcePick account. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data-protection authority.
Updates
We will update this notice when the service or its data processing changes. Material changes will be explained through the service or account communications. Effective date: 8 September 2026.
