The service and operator
SourcePick is a browser tool provided by LATTICE VISUAL LTD (company 17130262), Office 18249, 182–184 High Street North, London, England, E6 2JA. Contact: contact@latticevisual.com. These terms apply to the current beta.
Accounts and free trials
Use an email, Google identity or supported phone number that you control. First successful verification may create an account; later sign-ins access the existing account. Trial availability and promotional credits depend on the displayed offer and server-side eligibility checks. Do not create multiple accounts, automate requests or bypass limits to claim extra free use. Contact us if a shared network causes an incorrect restriction.
Your content and generated assets
Submit only content you have the right to process. Permission to download an image does not grant copyright, trademark or commercial-use rights. You authorize us and our processing providers to process the content you submit to provide the requested result. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. AI output can be inaccurate, differ from the source or resemble other outputs; inspect it before use. We do not promise that an output is unique or clears third-party rights. Do not use the service to infringe rights, harm others, submit unlawful material or compromise systems.
Credits and charges
AI generation costs 10 credits per image. SVG conversion costs 5 credits per successful conversion; failed conversions return reserved credits. Video downloads cost 5 credits when the file has been successfully prepared for download. Failed preparation returns reserved credits. The same account pays only once per video, including verified alternate resolutions. Repeat downloads and preparing the video again after its 24-hour file cache expires are free; browser cancellation or interruption does not reverse a completed preparation charge. Maximum video size is 200 MB. Downloading a saved image or SVG result is free. Charges are shown before you start. Paid packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: US$4.99 or £3.99 for 100 credits; US$12.99 or £9.99 for 300 credits. These are fixed currency prices, not automatic conversions. WeChat Pay is available with GBP checkout; payment methods offered depend on eligibility. Eligible China beta customers may purchase 100 credits for CNY29.90 when available in their account. Prices shown in checkout are the total charged by SourcePick; your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. Paid credits expire 365 days after they are credited to your account. Welcome credits expire after 30 days. Credits are account-bound, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and downloads of saved results do not consume more credits. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; credits are added after payment confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds
For an entirely unused paid pack, contact contact@latticevisual.com within 14 days of purchase to request cancellation and a refund. Include your account email and order reference, never card details. All monetary refund requests are reviewed by our team; approval and payment are not automatic. Once the team records a request for review, the remaining credits from that order are temporarily locked and further purchases are paused. Contact contact@latticevisual.com if you need to purchase again. Unrelated credits remain usable unless a separate payment dispute or security restriction applies. After review, we release or remove the affected credits as appropriate and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Manual review does not extend applicable statutory deadlines. Confirmed technical generation failures still return the affected credits automatically. Contact us separately about duplicate charges, missing credits, failed generation or defective service; we investigate and correct errors. Using credits does not exclude statutory rights to remedies, refunds or cancellation where applicable. These terms do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer protections.
Saving your work
The asset library is local to your browser and is not a backup or a promise of cross-device sync. Download important assets. Processing, storage and service availability may be limited during beta. We will explain material changes that affect purchased entitlements before they apply.
Suspension, responsibility and contact
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, meet legal obligations or maintain the service. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not remove mandatory protections available in your country. England and Wales law applies subject to those protections. Contact us first about a problem so we can investigate.
